generally. good position in a great industry with a mostly solid strategy to grow. If we could figure out how to better attract, retain and reward good talent and have leaders who communicate and hold their DRs accountable, we could be so much better

What do you like best about the leadership team?
fully, unequivocally focused on dollars irrespective of the toll constant re-orgs, cuts and poor communication takes on those that work hard every day. Budget cuts via a delete button on a spreadsheet, changing orgs without even communicating any of it to those effected. Terrible fundamentals.
