winning and seeing those that did the work fairly recognized for their efforts

What do you like best about the leadership team?

fully, unequivocally focused on dollars irrespective of the toll constant re-orgs, cuts and poor communication takes on those that work hard every day. Budget cuts via a delete button on a spreadsheet, changing orgs without even communicating any of it to those effected. Terrible fundamentals.
