Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Healthcare Management is very ignorant towards their employees and it is a very horrible place to work. They try to keep employees fighting amongst one another and when you go to Upper Management for assistance, nothing is done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
