What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at HEALTHCAREfirst is completely transparent and extremely supportive. I feel like I know what is going on and have the support I need to do my best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing about respecting each other's time. We never have unnecessary meetings, so when we do meet it is very productive. My team is great about delegating fairly so that you never feel like you have too much to manage. Everyone helps each other. It is a great environment!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"Productively chill" would be a good way to summarize the environment. We get our work accomplished, but I have rarely seen anyone stressed or freaking out about meeting a deadline. Everyone is treated fairly, which in turn creates a very positive environment.
