Leadership.. making decisions and fixing the issues instead of overlooking everything and not picking at employees

Stop having meetings about all the same things every month and take suggestions/ find answers for the teams questions

Staffing, wages, policies and procedure changes due to the new exec director who has NEVER worked a day on the floor of which she is continuously changing policies on
