Truth is, its extremely difficult.

If you work from home you will be working non stop and expected to work over vacation and holidays by some departments
How hard is it to get promoted at HealthStream?
I haven't received a promotion since being here for 7 years, so in my opinion difficult, but in observing others, they make it look easy!
