Extremely. There is no clear path for promotion unless you a carbon copy of one of the managers. Positions are filled before they are posted to make sure "right person" is chosen.

I haven't received a promotion since being here for 7 years, so in my opinion difficult, but in observing others, they make it look easy!

It's impossible. Someone has to leave or a new position created. Promotions are only given during restructurings, and only to senior management.

It is limited by how hard you work to be innovative and contribute to the advancement of the HealthStream mission.

Pretty difficult. Usually they hire outside people for management roles.
