My manager is awesome and I love my co workers. however the pay could be better. Starting $10/hr for sales associate.

Its like i get to hang out with friends but at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally I feel like saying $10/hr is livable is just out of touch. Everybody has bills and needs to eat i shouldnt have to get a second job to comfortably feed myself and pay rent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and the district manager are just as much there to help you as they are to help the customers. Which means its got a personal feel and you can really have a sense of community with your team.
