What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not very good at leading the team.
team i worked with was great and you could learn alot from our store manager

Hard workers and know how to handle situations
My manager and the district manager are just as much there to help you as they are to help the customers. Which means its got a personal feel and you can really have a sense of community with your team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything managment wise needs to be corrected and investigated
Not being racist towards their coworkers
Being equal in the work envierment
They need replaced. Management refuses to help each other because they feel if they have to suffer so should everybody else.

Health insurance is more than adequate.
The stock portion is very competitive, along with bonus structure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there should be a better maternity leave
Personally I feel like saying $10/hr is livable is just out of touch. Everybody has bills and needs to eat i shouldnt have to get a second job to comfortably feed myself and pay rent.

I feel like I'm undervalued because we're begging for security because we get robbed every other day but they are not responding to us they do rather have us get hurt then do something

The building is outdated. We have a bug problem. The bathroom is outdated and we have too many shop lifters.
Managers dont handle things when asked by customers for a manager. Managers tell sales Associates what to say.
