What do you like best about the leadership team?

Not very good at leading the team.

team i worked with was great and you could learn alot from our store manager

Hard workers and know how to handle situations

My manager and the district manager are just as much there to help you as they are to help the customers. Which means its got a personal feel and you can really have a sense of community with your team.

Willing to teach everyone to reach the top !!

Everybody helps eachother, and take responsibility for thier actions

Store manager is very cooperative and a positive leader. I have nothing positive to say about any upper level managers that I have met so far unfortunately.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything managment wise needs to be corrected and investigated

Not being racist towards their coworkers

Being equal in the work envierment

They need replaced. Management refuses to help each other because they feel if they have to suffer so should everybody else.

Communication and teaching new employees what is important and expected. Standards have continuously fallen.

Not causing drama, being more mature when facing issues at work, not starting rumors about other employees, not bringing boyfriend to work to have 6 hour dates, not ignoring customers.
