I thought that I was dreaming or being punked when I first started working for Homebound. Being on a sales team can be catty and competitive, but I've never been on a more supportive, helpful, happy team! I look forward to getting to work every day, and I can't wait to go hybrid!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of benefits we receive here are stellar! Another pinch me moment, they definitely make sure employees are taken care of mentally, emotionally and physically with our benefit packages!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sales teams can be competitive, but while everyone on our team is genuinely striving to do their best we all constantly cheer each other on. Plus we have a lot of laughs, it's a good time!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They treat you like a person first, it took time for me to adjust and understand that I was hired onto the team for my personality and communication style, not to hop on a call and follow a script.
What makes you most happy at work?
Definitely the genuine connections we get to make with customers, I really believe in the work we're doing here at Homebound! That and my team is so fun, we have so many awesome people that I look forward to seeing every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager recently came on to the team and he is so readily accessible to all of our group! He's happy to hop on a call, answer all questions, and is always genuinely encouraging our team and making sure we push forward at our full potential.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I first started interviewing with Homebound I was just seeing how far I could get in the process as I was interviewing with quite a few companies at the time, but the more interviews I did with Homebound the more I fell in love with the company and it quickly became my top choice!
