If I have a problem, if I have a question, I can reach out and find someone who can and does help. It's wonderful to have your team have your back. Also we share what is going on in our lives - we see baby pics, vacation pics and get to celebrate with each other.
Everyone stays in touch even though we are fully remote, shares good things that happen, funny things they find...keeps the day interesting.
Nikki our CEO greats us every week with an All Hands meeting. I feel like she cares and wants to be with us and hear us and that quality is embedded in our culture! All of the VPs are equally as personable or try to be! Its an amazing team!

The willingness on everyone's part to help each other succeed. We all come from different disciplines and have different skillsets. It's cool to see such a varied group of people work towards the same goal.
Daily interactions with any employee is always positive and I think we all have the intention of making our colleagues day better through positive interactions.
Flexibility with hours - as long as deliverables are created on time, your time can be used as you like; lots of praise and feedback constantly
The team recently hosted a company-wide offsite which was a first time occurence and a great opportunity to meet everyone. We have weekly All Hands that facilitate a great mix of business updates and personalized highlights for team members across the country with values spotlight as an example.
