Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For compensation to be more in line with the similar positions in the market.
I took a pay cut to come to homebound and I still haven't gotten back up to my previous salary
I believe the salary is under market rate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, honest, humble team that truly support each other.
Lots of intelligent and highly motivated people. Always willing to help each other out continuously looking for ways to keep improving our process and products.
There are a lot of talented people and everyone genuinely cares about what they are doing.
Everyone works hard to meet the same goals. No drama!

If I have a problem, if I have a question, I can reach out and find someone who can and does help. It's wonderful to have your team have your back. Also we share what is going on in our lives - we see baby pics, vacation pics and get to celebrate with each other.
