They are, to a person, funny, smart, and unbelievably good at what they do. They are supportive, helpful, quick to share information or assist with a problem.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the opportunity to interview with different people from departments that I would interact with, one on one, and get a really good idea of what it would be like working for Homebound.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is great, in looking at other similar positions they top out below what I started at. Unlimited PTO that is easy to access - no complicated procedures. Great benefits - team is always looking for improvement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If I have a problem, if I have a question, I can reach out and find someone who can and does help. It's wonderful to have your team have your back. Also we share what is going on in our lives - we see baby pics, vacation pics and get to celebrate with each other.
