my direct team is fantastic, and literally make getting up every day worth it.

for the most part, they are passionate, willing to work together to solve problems, and are brilliant.
What did you like most about the interview process?
the ability to talk with future coworkers, though it would have been nice if they had felt the ability to be honest about how things really are. Once hired, they were all pretty clear and apologetic that they didn't feel like they could be totally honest
