Overworked and underpaid. My team was full of hard working, talented, and fun people, however, overtime is expected to keep things operating at leadership's level of expectations. Poor compensation and little true appreciation or even acknowledgement of a job well done. Nepotism=disconnected leaders
Employees are severely underpaid and are not allowed to have some holidays off!
