They destroyed CaseStack after they acquired it. Any company that they buy they will rip apart.

Providing a bonus to employees, not just executives; offering days off for holidays
Hiring and retaining good stuff by not lining their own pockets. Even more importantly, they need to learn what is going on at the ground level.
