Company needs to improve employee and customer satisfaction stop price gouging customers and stop lowering employee benefits which lowers quality of work improve on job training as there is a lack of you are pretty much thrown into the fire

Taking care of their team versus bottom line increasing pay to match the rest of the industry increase benefits to match the rest of the industry increase professionalism such as don't lie to your people. Corporate is always changing things for the worst such as reducing benefits or increasing cost
