personable, more a chat than an interview, more skill based than experience based when it comes to placing people at certain roles.

Majority of the employees are passionate and have a vested interest in HyreCar's future and success, which allows employees to row in the right direction, when given authority and autonomy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
HyreCar's Customer Service is known to be well below standards of the asset-sharing or auto industry. Leadership team needs to make this a priority to allow their respective teams make a "customer first" motto, which in turn will enable every single employee to come to work excited and happy.
