Healthcare by far is the best thing to come out

HyreCar offers a good compensation package, which is competitive with industry peers. They don't offer 401(k) match, but have talked about the possibility in the future. Benefits are managed by a third-party company, which does an excellent job. No complaints.

My base salary hasn't increased at all over my entire time at hyrecar even though I've taken on a senior and a management role. My stock/equity was incorrect and I'm waiting on that to be rectified; everything from amount of shares and vesting schedule was wrong. I hope that this can all be fixed.

Pay from part-time to full-time did not increase, and for the amount of work that some of us do, we feel we should be compensated to reflect that.

I know that we are working on getting medical but that is a huge piece that is currently missing. Also having overtime available on holidays. Lastly, I was moved positions with an understanding of what my job role was only to take on more responsibility without being formally informed.

Higher salary wages need to be considered and prioritized for the amount of valuable work put in everyday.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We help esch other if we need it

The best thing is that we are a company willing to accept change and, likewise, making changes to better the company and our workforce

Colleagues are genuine, transparent, and supportive. Employees care about one another's success, and in turn, the success of the company.

All of the work that we do touches multiple parts of the business and requires a lot of cross-team collaborations. Everyone seems excited to introduce you to what they've been working on/built.

HyreCar's Customer Service is known to be well below standards of the asset-sharing or auto industry. Leadership team needs to make this a priority to allow their respective teams make a "customer first" motto, which in turn will enable every single employee to come to work excited and happy.
