What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining HyreCar?
That we don't get raises going from pt to ft
That I would be working 6 days a week. You would have to go through 2 brothers that are C level execs which means there are no checks and balances. It would be so hard to get commission.
How's the morale at HyreCar?
Low, the opener closer deal works for a lot of other companies, underperforming employees are not corrected and a chronic problem is allowed to cut the pay for their hard working employees.

Flexible if you can make up time working remotely. Not allowed to take a lot of time off.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at HyreCar?
Some people get to stay home, when other's have to pay to commute to to work. If they get to stay home because transit doesn't run, why do I have to pay for a ride when it's the same situation. Also, being in the office on the weekend is extremely unnecessary, esp when many are working from home already.

Majority college frat boys, most show up late and leave without making up time. Someone people get away with taking a lot of time off and others aren't allowed. Only hobbies are drinking and ping pong.

some good leaders. C level brothers need more experience and self-discipline when calling shots and changing things on the fly.

If I had experience. I was not told I had to work 6 days a week which is 1 half day from home on Saturday or Sunday.

Helpful, any questions were answered.
What's the work from home policy like at HyreCar?
Must work remotely every time you want to take a vacation, no PTO because of 1099, however, you can't make your own schedule. Can work from home when sick.

Strong ability to solve problems with customers because of in-house tech problems/website problems. Comfortable with a team-based commission. Good experience with CRM's

Unorganized, creating opportunities to promote people but doesn't really have a structure or commision. Opportunities outside of the sales team or to change departments is really hard, not a lot of raises.
