Getaround was the most toxic place I've ever worked
No fair and proper evaluation, no sharing of evidence and no proper and TRANSPARENT process in place when it comes to claims. Getaround's processing of claims are criminal in nature. Watch out!
Customer service is extremly horrible. Charged unfairly and most employees dont contact you back until months later.
