Our CEO is awesome. He genuinely cares about the product he's making and the people he's working with.
How's the work life balance at Ridecell?
More work, less balance. Changing the world takes work!
Very good. There is still crunch time, but management understands the need to keep hours down to 40 a week.
What's the company culture like at RideCell?

We have a very inclusive, diverse and respectful culture. These values are set from our Founder and CEO down through the executive team. But we aren't namby pamby. We get stuff done and we have aggressive goals. There's still a way to be decent but aggressive.

How would you compare interviewing at Ridecell to other places you've interviewed?
Exhaustive, bureaucratic and demonstrative of their inability to trust intelligent and experienced hiring managers. They have created an overly engineered process because they think this is the solution to prevent bad hires.
How's the vacation policy at Ridecell?
Great! Unlimited vacation.
