What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate so well together; we are a tight group working towards the same goal. It's a great feeling to work with these smart, inspirational individuals.
A fun team that gets the job done well!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Show up on time and less meetings - too many meetings nothing can be done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our virtual company events have been fun. They always try to keep it interesting with team-building games and activities.
Bi weekly all hands where information is shared to all employees. It's a transparent company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improve inclusivity, diversity, gender bias
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like I was really an employee there. The co-working process allowed me work with other teams and their process gaps. It was fun!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interviewers need to be respectful of time
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to do everything Im passionate about and being able to work from home indefinitely. It has been so nice to have the stability and safety that Ridecell provides for my daily life.
