Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do not pay people fairly at all.

Wages are lower than comparable positions in the area and we were promised options when we started, but have yet to receive any. I would like to be paid competitively and be given what I was promised.

Everything. Everyone is a friend and everyone wants to reach the same goal. They are all excited to work, they all reach out to find out how things are going, and everyone is always in positive spirits.

My team works extremely hard to hit their deadlines. I can always count on them to do their best with minimal oversight. Any interpersonal or technical hurdles we run into are always solved with a result-based focus and I can confidently say a large reason I'm at HyreCar is because my team is here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the work that we do touches multiple parts of the business and requires a lot of cross-team collaborations. Everyone seems excited to introduce you to what they've been working on/built.

The App Team has brought a new, exciting spirit to the company culture as they are awesome people, always want feedback on how to make a better product, and have incorporated company culture into their side projects such as ping pong scoreboards and they have candy to anyone who stops by
