My amazing App Team that are my brothers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We were able to build a prototype to demonstrate our skills as a team, and our software development skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always reaching out to the employees to determine how they can better the company as a whole. The communication is awesome and everyone loves the shared knowledge to improve the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everything. Everyone is a friend and everyone wants to reach the same goal. They are all excited to work, they all reach out to find out how things are going, and everyone is always in positive spirits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages are lower than comparable positions in the area and we were promised options when we started, but have yet to receive any. I would like to be paid competitively and be given what I was promised.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The App Team has brought a new, exciting spirit to the company culture as they are awesome people, always want feedback on how to make a better product, and have incorporated company culture into their side projects such as ping pong scoreboards and they have candy to anyone who stops by
