What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone gets along well and we respect each other for the most part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they're just regular people. That you can stop them and have a casual conversation with them about anything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have a common goal and work together well. Sometimes that is our downfall because not everyone is on the same page.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that it's based off performance, but you can get stuck and it is hard to move ahead of others who are established.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people who need our help to provide for their families. I love hearing customers say that they appreciate everything that I've done to help them during this time.
