Teamwork and collaboration are core values of the org. Everyone is willing to jump in and help, brainstorm or partner on all projects. The people are what makes Ibotta, Ibotta.

I got to meet a variety of people who worked at Ibotta during the interview process. It gave me a good sense of the company culture and the people that work here.
