Disappointing - the intentions were good but too much inexperience and lack of self awareness about where the product fits, target prospects, ability to develop the proper GTM strategy, execution and fortitude to see a plan through.

Decent structure but quotas are not even close to realistic

Executive & sales leadership needs to go and replaced with executive that understand how to build and grow a start-up

A lot of seasoned and smart sales people, but they are leaving due to the lost confidence in & inexperience of the sales and executive leadership
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has no idea how to build & execute a go to market strategy & plan. The sales strategy has changed 4X w/in the last 10 mos. The entire salesforce has turnover w/in the last 5 mos. The common denominator is the leadership - they're desperate & doing everything they can to save themselves
