What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has no idea how to build & execute a go to market strategy & plan. The sales strategy has changed 4X w/in the last 10 mos. The entire salesforce has turnover w/in the last 5 mos. The common denominator is the leadership - they're desperate & doing everything they can to save themselves

Single day, plenty of time with several functional managers. They made a quick decision and let me know asap.
I really liked the fact that it was a very non-traditional approach to interviewing. It felt a lot more like culture and team fitting, with the technical skills being monitored in the "homework" assignment
