The interview process felt very personable so during Covid when we had to interview virtually that's the best thing I could say.

The feeling that I'm getting better at my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that there's nothing cutthroat about the work we do.You don't get that it's all about numbers feeling that you do it most sales companies. We are definitely there to make money but you don't feel like you're going to be fired if you don't perform well one month.
