What did you like most about the interview process?
Upbeat positive people who try and guide you as best they can. They tell you the truth as they know it but they don't know everything that is going on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much, hand picked by the CEO, they are all Yes Men, except for the fact they are all women, whether qualified to do the job or not

Leadership is out of touch with the world as it is today, change out upper management to a team with a vision for the future, adjusting to the changing times we are all facing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A new CEO with a new vision for the company. One is can change with the times instead of running outdated playback he has used for decades.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health Care Benefits are really bad, employees have no say in anything, it is the CEO's way or the highway
