What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership must come from the top. If there is no leadership at higher levels, lower level employees have little or no incentive to want to work hard and make a company great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is inadequate for my locality.

Co-worker cross-communication and cohesion is lacking. Lack of direction from leadership causes confusion which leads to low moral.
