Needs fo the position changed drastically ,and were welcomed. Yet communication became difficult. Unable and not encouraged to be friends made it difficult to enjoy . It was very hard to stay positive being strictly business & hear so much negativity about others .

The clients and the caregivers who love their job.

Helping people get home and caring for all they need.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Explanation of the Companies needs and the different kind of tasks was exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working from The Mount Pleasant location was difficult to say the least.The clients were wonderful, Yet interaction with the office was very negative .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raise and expected to bend and stretch for them, yet they showed no appreciation & were very rude when I made other arrangements to make more @ another company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Positivity and healthy motivation was very much needed.No real friendships was basically promoted as the way to work effectively. It made it very difficult to grow and promote our beliefs (such as compassion) . Too much gossip was allowed to be a happy place to work.
