Company speaks with a forked tongue. You can't believe anything they tell you. Production over safety and run their mills into the ground. They DO NOT care about their employees. Managers are sub par and obviously not hired for their abilities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the few reasons that I like coming to work.
