Full of ups and downs - the product and my role have changes multiple times which can be exciting, but frustrating at times. I still cherish my job because of the people I get to interact with and the overall culture, but I am not as confident on our success as I used to be.

The caliber of the people and the immense trust I have in them. This is the main reason I stay at InVision.

Best professionals I've ever worked with. By far the best thing of working at InVision is the high caliber of the people I work with. In general, very invested and empathetic people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are really open and we have a somewhat flat structure. You can reach out to anyone for help and people are normally very open to help. In International we also have a very fun culture outside work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That to a certain extent, it is flat. We have freedom to question and challenge our vision. Also everyone is very supportive - beyond work, but as human beings - you can bring your full self to work.
