Ah! Where do I begin. They are passionate, kind, thoughtful, incredibly hard-working, and very talented. I truly value being around smart, creative, and committed people. They make me want to be better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The relative tenure of our leadership comes with challenges. What I am seeing is real improvement that we've needed for a while. It's just about having patience and resiliency to see their vision through.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel I am rewarded for truly being myself. I feel safe to share potentially unpopular points of view for the benefits of the business. I think our team is balance and is working toward the same goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like my contributions matter and that my efforts contribute to the success of the company. I've worked at very large organizations where it was unclear how my work connected to the company goals. It's very rewarding to work at InVision where I know I am valued.
