Each member of my team brings individual unique talents and perspective as well as fitting into the bigger picture very nicely. I can trust my team members to do their part to get the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Efforts to support and create a diverse workspace is what I consider the most positive aspect. Creating space for our team members to be fully authentically themselves is invaluable - Other companies could take a lesson from InVision.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay is definitely a plus, but it is amazing to be able to provide affordable healthcare coverage for my children. I also enjoy the wellness and lifestyle benefits that may not seem impactful, but treating myself to a massage or lunch every now and then is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to easily balance my family and my career - I don't have to choose! If a child occasionally pops into view during a meeting to whisper a question, it's greeted with smiles & waves not frowns and disapproval (like some remote companies). I can give my family and my job the best of me.
