Been here awhile. I've seen a lot of mistakes being made (mostly hindsight). But the people have been awesome and we're always striving to do better. I feel I've personally learned a LOT while working at InVision. I want to see the company succeed and be a part of making that success happen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I'm paid less because of my geographical location.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has ample experience. Everyone is willing to help and work together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really align with the InVision Principles and I find most others do which helps facilitate a positive culture in my opinion.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my work and the majority of the work I have to complete is the "fun" work. The problems we solve are challenging but the pacing is healthy. I don't feel too stressed at work.
