InVision has gone through some changes to figure out its place in the quickly evolving market is currently well positioned to succeed with a clear direction. Lots of upside to come with the risk of being a nimble startup willing to reinvent itself - excited to see where this goes.

Solid salary and a fair share of the company given my level and tenure.

People here really care about each other and are invested in the work they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has been all remote prior to Covid, so collaboration is pretty dialed in. Co-workers are good humans in addition to being good at what they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership cares about the people and adapts company strategy to new information. As the market shifted, leadership really got into gear and started acting more like a startup in order to adapt.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is strong. There are other perks, of course. If we can unlock growth with the new strategic focus, then options and stock will become a bigger part of the compensation package.
