What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all human, transparent, incredibly kind, thoughtful and empower us to be our best selves through trust, kindness and organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I haven't met a single person I don't like. Everyone is just super nice and welcoming. Managers, Directors, consultants, everyone. They're all incredibly nice folks.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be trusted to do my job on my time. No micromanaging, no work hours, no mean colleagues. I have a supportive team and managers. What's better than that?
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid pretty fairly for my position right now, benefits are good. Unlimited PTO is my favorite part because we're encouraged to use it as long as we get our work done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
These folks are insanely talented, experienced, friendly, knowledgeable, humble, and multi-talented. They're all rock stars. I have not seen any friction between people which is a common item in many IT workplaces. It's truly a special place to work.
