I feel that I am paid a fair wage.

I think the profit sharing is the best part of our compensation. It communicates to employees that they are the critical component of our business and involves them in a direct way in what makes us successful.

Having never had a 401k before iuvo, I especially like the iuvo contributions to help kickstart my retirement fund.

iuvo does profit sharing quarterly instead of yearly. I also enjoy our open PTO policy and the flexibility that comes with it. iuvo also does things like Summer Fridays. I enjoy those days off the most because it hits differently coming from the company than it would if I were to use my PTO.

People in the same roles aren't always paid the same.

Our bonuses are too small.

I do not feel undervalued, but I do feel as though I have taken on more responsibilities than my current pay reflects. However, I see this is an opportunity for me to improve my skillset and to move toward a role in management/higher pay.

A raise and a better medical plan would be nice.
