The leadership team genuinely puts our people first above everything. It's in our core values and truly behind every decision made and action taken. We are a business and of course we do right by our customers and seek to profit, but nothing comes before our people.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited time off - I feel less pressured to work if I'm not feeling well or if I have a family appointment

I feel that I am paid a fair wage.
I think the profit sharing is the best part of our compensation. It communicates to employees that they are the critical component of our business and involves them in a direct way in what makes us successful.

People in the same roles aren't always paid the same.

I do not feel undervalued, but I do feel as though I have taken on more responsibilities than my current pay reflects. However, I see this is an opportunity for me to improve my skillset and to move toward a role in management/higher pay.
A raise and a better medical plan would be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are really pleasant and respectful. It seems that everyone fills a particular piece to the iuvo puzzle.

You know that you'll never be on your own if you're stuck on an issue.
The team consists of driven, passionate, innovative, and highly motivated individuals. I feel as though everyone is very respective of each other and works well together. Collaboration and knowledge level is incredible.

Working with my peers and clients. The work is very diverse - You could be working on one thing today, and something completely different the next day.
