What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happiest when I'm able to help someone...figure out a problem, complete a task, work in a better or more efficient manner, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
First and foremost, we care about each other and the well being of our fellows. We are collaborative and always seek out ways to help each other. We have fun together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the profit sharing is the best part of our compensation. It communicates to employees that they are the critical component of our business and involves them in a direct way in what makes us successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The care and collaboration amongst the people at the company. We are here for each other, we're very careful about who we hire and bring in to our culture, we're always seeking to improve ourselves, and we hold our culture dear.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team genuinely puts our people first above everything. It's in our core values and truly behind every decision made and action taken. We are a business and of course we do right by our customers and seek to profit, but nothing comes before our people.
