I was given a chance to fill some pretty large shoes in the business operations side of house, and iuvo took a chance on me based on my previous experience running a small business. I have never had a corporate job before, so there is a learning curve for me, but I am getting there.
What makes you most happy at work?
When a large project or important task is completed without any outstanding processes left waiting for more information.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having never had a 401k before iuvo, I especially like the iuvo contributions to help kickstart my retirement fund.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are zero egos on our team, and everyone is ready to help each other figure out the best solution to a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
iuvo encourages everyone to self manage, which goes a long way with me. I do not respond well to micromanagement, and that sort of management style doesn't exist at iuvo.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is always available, or can quickly make themselves available, at any moment during the day. Questions are answered quickly and respectfully, and they give me the confidence to do my job completely.
