I've been at this company for many years. It's a good job with fun coworkers. Jam City provides great benefits and cares about employees' wellbeing. Luckily, I have been able to bring up any problems I've had and they've been addressed. It's an overall positive experience.

I'm happy when I receive proper recognition for my hard work. I also love the content of the work I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Jam City makes efforts to give back to the community through donations and various initiatives. Employees are given fun gifts and food. It's a fun environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there is favoritism on the team. Often, men receive better opportunities than the women. Women of color get less opportunities than white women. This makes me question if everyone is fairly paid.
