I had to receive other offers to up my compensation, but my salary is fair. I know I'm under compensated bonus-wise and in RSUs, which seems like a big oversight for a performance-based function.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Current employee compensation packages are not considered at the high end of what is currently being offered by outside recruiters. Additionally, lack of clear upward mobility from both career and compensation paths makes employees more open to departure. Closing this gap would help

It's a natural culture and not forced upon you; but also lots of creative activities are organized to help build that culture.

Jamcity, although established many years ago, still feel like a startup. The people and leaders operate and are as excited as if it was "day 1".
