Review from Design Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The virtual working world has been challenging when it comes to connecting with my manager in a collaborative way that feels additive to my growth and development. Finding new ways to work and having leaders who are open to shifting their style is important.

Review from HR Dept

Nothing is necessarily wrong, but there's too much on my plate and so I'm often feeling overwhelmed and making trade offs on priorities that are all important.
