I appreciate the attempts at trying to be as transparent as possible along with trying to make themselves available for questions or concerns
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate how hard the company is trying to work towards a level of inclusion and taking stances on social issues regardless of possible negative press
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Current employee compensation packages are not considered at the high end of what is currently being offered by outside recruiters. Additionally, lack of clear upward mobility from both career and compensation paths makes employees more open to departure. Closing this gap would help
