My overall experience at my company is laid back yet I always have a list of things I need to get done, which I enjoy. I cannot stand doing nothing all day.
The employees and our customer service
work and employees are great, but turnover is high because pay is low and compensations are not worth the job. employees only make minimum wage with no expectations of pay raises
Overall, it is a job with positives and negatives but I liked working at Journeys
