At communicating better with employees checking up on locations that need the leadership more to decrease favouritism and allow those who are mistreated better quality work experience. To ensure that achieve location is handled as necessary. And to allow employees to be heard in clicky environments

Hourly instead of mostly commission

Being a sales associate is all about numbers. I spent a lot of time to make sure people were walking away with the perfect shoes in the right size. It didn't matter that my average customer purchase was larger than everyone else's, I was told I spent too much too much time on one person.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all diverse individuals with different personalities. Making it fun to work with them on the exception of a few who speak inappropriately at work
